By engaging with Thinkvyne, you agree to the following terms: The monthly fee must be paid in advance via bank transfer or post-dated cheques. Late payments may incur extra charges. The service start date will be agreed upon, and charges will apply from that date. You will receive monthly progress reports detailing the results of our work. If you wish to cancel the contract, a minimum of 30 days' notice is required. Early termination without notice may result in additional fees. Your business information (name, website, email, and phone) will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties without your consent. However, Thinkvyne employees may access this information to provide services. You are entitled to three free revisions for any creative work. Additional revisions will be charged. The advertising budget may vary based on seasonal campaigns or market trends, and any changes will be communicated to you in advance. Thinkvyne operates from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST), and is closed on weekends and public holidays. The service cost mentioned in the proposal is an estimate and may be adjusted based on campaign progress or additional requirements. Thinkvyne is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the services provided. Any changes to these terms must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
